Cash out refinancing as a partnership

First post and new to bigger pockets!  Need some help.  I want to cash out refi 4 properties I own free and clear.  They are owned by my partnership, and the lender I talked to said that is considered commercial and they dont handle that.  What is the best way to do this and who has best rates most of the time?  Do I just walk in a credit union and apply or are there specific lenders that handle commercial accounts like this?  I am looking to put a 15 year fixed note on them.  Thanks in advance!
