Reverse Mortgage question

If my wife were to take out a reverse mortgage (to pay off the balance of the mortgage) without me (me being the non borrowing spouse), can I be free to purchase another home in only my name and not trigger a move-out event? At the time of her closing on the reverse mortgage, can I be taken off title of "her" primary residence? Would that make it OK?
