No Money Down Purchases

Hi BP Community,

I would like to invest in a multi-family property using a no money down method.  If anyone has a method they have used successfully and would care to share it would be greatly appreciated.

Simple google search for "biggerpockets no money down apartments" returns plenty of material to keep you busy for a bit.

You'll probably run across my deals for 12 and 16 unit complexes where I closed them for $1500 out of pocket for the 12 and actually received $14k at closing on the 16.
