The right time to refinance and how ???
Ok so I was trying to find out about how to refinance out of a hard money loan while keeping my property in my business name I have a great flip and good hold property in Atlanta and it's time to sell and or refinance the property but I have been running into a gray area on where to go to refinance through my business name and who might be a good choice if I have to put it in my name for a short time ???? Any advice is welcome
Ok so a little about myself I have recently started my own real estate business in Atlanta and I love it. Because I'm always learning and I have the ability to see my family:-)
