Hello BP folks, wife and I have 4 single family rental homes that are all in LLC's. Homes were purchased in 2011-2012 and have significant equity that we'd like to tap into. Anyone have any input on what types of lenders would be able to help? Thanks for any help.

Commercial financing is not the only game in town for residential properties (1-4 units) held in LLC. You can get a residential portfolio loan for such properties, with title in LLC and you as the guarantor. These are true 30 yr fixed loans.

Good luck.
