property leverage for financing
Hello BP, I'm part of an investment group that own 2 properties free and clear that's valued at $200,000 as-is. Is it possible to use these as leverage to get financing to rehab them? We dont want to pay anymore out of pocket. The combined ARV is $425K. About $160,000 is needed for repairs. We want to hold.
Thanks!
