Hi Biggerpockets,

Has anyone ever heard of Lantzman Lending?

They appear to be a good company with favorable terms.

Hi BP,

What are the pros and cons of partnering with individuals for real estate investing? Also, how do investors attract capital? Thanks for your responses!

Hello BP, I'm part of an investment group that own 2 properties free and clear that's valued at $200,000 as-is. Is it possible to use these as leverage to get financing to rehab them? We dont want to pay anymore out of pocket. The combined ARV is $425K. About $160,000 is needed for repairs. We want to hold.

Thanks!

Hello everyone. Can you name the best hard money lenders you have used? Lets only mention those companies that can deliver when needed. My favorite is Patch of Land and SouthEnd Capital.

Thanks
