Hard Money- Experience & Advice
Hi Everyone,
My name is Todd and my business parter is Addison. I've been involved in buying rental properties for almost 5 years year. Everything to date is a duplex that we own. The goal is to start growing at a much faster and larger pace this year. Looking at different strategies we have decided to start flipping homes. I have a super reliable contractor that I have worked with in the past thats going to be running the job for us. I'm looking at Hard Money Lenders which I have not worked with before.
Does anyone have any advice when it comes to Hard Money Lenders?
Thanks,
Todd
