I'm a Realtor in San Diego, but I have a friend that is building 6 duplexes on a family farm in Oregon? He mentioned the high-cost financing. I just wanted to see if anyone had any creative ideas or suggestions on how he might go about getting this all financed in the smartest way. Any suggestions are appreciated.
