Conventional Financing opportunities for LLLP's?

Here's the background...I have been shown a portfolio of 20 properties...

all SFR, recently rehabbed, all with a tenant in place on annual leases as opposed to month to month, all cash flow positive, NOI's of 14 to 21% on a fully paid basis. I could buy 1 or 2 outright, or 5 to 10 if I could get convential financing terms.

However...

I am a Canadian.  I am the GP of a US LLLP, in order to be able to legally investment in US real estate.

This makes it tough to finance through conventional sources.

Anyone able to aim me in the direction of a lender interest in financing this type of business relationship?
