Foreigner investor with F visa, where to find the loan?
I want to invest my first rental property in Dallas, TX this year. Ideal property price range from 100K to 200K. I'm now holding F-1 visa (Student visa) living in US with consistent wage income from the company I'm working for. Hopefully I can get my H visa (Work visa) by the end of the year. In my situation, where should I get financing with good options? Thanks for any suggestions.
