2 house situation need some advice!!!

Hi, my names Jordan gladden I'm looking to purchase a my first property it's a 1 acre lot with a nice 3 bedroom 1 bath house it's in good shape, the other house has been converted to a shed because it's in bad shape if I bought the property I would of course turn the other she's back into a house. My question is would the bank turn down my loan since one of the houses I would be renovating. Or should I tell them that I would be keeping the shed the way it is but actually renovate it. Sorry if it's a little confusing
