Southern CA Creative Financing needed for Primary Residence
I am looking for some ideas on creative financing for purchasing my new primary residence. Since I am involved with a family business, my taxes are not conducive to me getting approved for a conventional loan right now. I have a large down payment and have the income to service the loan no problem, but I can't get past underwriting due to my DTI on my returns. I was preapproved months ago and didn't think this would be an issue, boy was I wrong.
Any suggestions? I have my existing house sold and an accepted offer on the new house. I just need to get the financing in place.
