Brothers Investing how to find financing

Hello,

My brother and I are beginning our real estate investment lives and are looking for parties we can work with that offer competitive private financing options.

We have looked over many of the Hard Money options, but feel we can find better rates. Both of us have over 700 credit scores, cash for rehab costs, and are looking at buy and hold rental properties. We would like to get into 18 month options with the purchase and payback coming from private funds turned into a refinance after rehab and rental.

Who or how do you recommend going about finding our preferred lender? If this is in the wrong area of the forum please feel free to point it out. Thanks!
