attorney needed with knowledge of creative financing in Lake Coun

I need to find an attorney in Lake County, IL who understands creative financing for real estate. The attorneys who I have contacted say anything from "I do not do that", "the request is too broad", "that is a good idea", but I still have not found an attorney.  Anyone know of one? Thank you
