obtaining a loan for a short sale
I am a new member with a couple of rental properties in Philadelphia. Does anyone have info on obtaining a loan for a short sale where the bank only wants a cash offer, 70k. I have about 80k equity in another property that I own, but my bank does not do lines of credit for investment properties. I just refinanced that property 2 weeks ago, before this short sale became available. Excellent credit.
