I am attempting to purchase three multi-unit properties, one of which is in Indiana and two of which are in Ilinois. The bad news is that Bank of America is reporting one of my existing properties as 120 days late. I have documentation from Bank of America proving these payments were made on time, but have to wait 30 – 45 days for this information to be updated on my credit report. Do you know where I can obtain financing with the following credit scores; 530, 531, and 582 with more than sufficient income?
