Question..

I have been Driving for dollars in local philly neighborhoods and have researched and found owners and addresses.  How should I approach these conversations to get them under assignment for Wholesale? I guess my only form of contact is mailing correct? I have a tiny buyers list, but could use some more guidance on how to properly execute this first one!
