Mortgage Application for Lease Option

Hello!

We are trying to put a lease-option on our primary residence and move to a different house. 

We have someone who is interested in it and has filled out a basic mortgage application.

From here, where do we go? What documentation would you request? Tax returns? Bank statements? He owns a business and some rental properties.
