looking for financing solution for foreign investor - 50% ltv
Hi,
I work with many foreigners that are looking to buy in the USA, mostly SFH in different parts of the country.
Banks won't lend them, even on a 50% LTV.
Do you have any suggestion where to turn to?
Is anyone interested to get involved as a private money lender?
50% LTV makes it very safe for the lender, loan can be for few years, higher then market rates (but not hard money), some upfront points, etc.
Any ideas/suggestion?
