Leveraging Current Duplex For Next Property
Hi - I currently own two investment properties a duplex and a condo. Both have over $100K in equity based on appraised values. I've only ever done conventional financing to get these properties. Wondering what the best way to get financing for another property would be using the equity I have in one or both of these. Thoughts?
Ideally, my next property would be a 4+ unit that would need rehab work done. If that makes a difference.
