I was very lucky to find a group that gave me over 100 vetted wholesale properties,  200 confirmed private money lenders, 100% financing and 1000+ cash buyers. It made everything easier. What good is a property if you cant get a loan and what good is a loan if you cant get a property.  Let me know if you folks were having the same problem.
