Hey gang, forgive me as i attempt to make my way around this site. As i stated before in my into. i am starting my RE career again after building it up to a million from zero money but a wealth of determination, lost it all in 08. Even though I do have experience in RE and am somewhat knowledgeable when it comes to most areas. I am self learned and am continuing my growth. Currently i started my own business marketing myself as a management company. I have 8 years in property management experience and in order to raise capital for my RE investments. I have part of my team a broker and a title rep. I am seeking capital. I am currently making offers on fixers, flippers and need seed money and GAP funding. I know how to identify these properties and do the market comps. I have access to contractors as well. I would like funding based on the property and its potential, as my credit is to say the least unappealing. My interest is in many areas of the RE market. I live in Los Angeles currently and know the area well. The development is souring. I would like to get into this market before it reaches its peek ( very soon). Im not afraid to take chances. im also looking into investing nationwide. I can put together packets for potential investors when i find property. I am willing to do any type of deal from percentages to moneys on the back end. Im very interested in raw land to develop into condos, as well as apartment complexes to condo convert. I would also like investors for buying and holding cash flow properties. I know there is a lot of wants here, but please feel free to contact me and discuss further, Like i said i am re-building my team and want to secure POF so when i find properties i can move quickly. I have a good sense of what i am looking for and will make lots of money for anyone who backs me. I am very confident of that. I have every intention of honestly and integrity. My goal is simple, make money for myself and my family and make money for everyone else. There is plenty out there and i am not greedy, i am ambitious and driven but by no means an opportunist.
