seller financing deal with a seller who has a realtor?

Hi, we are looking for deals to pick up possibly for our own residence as well as options to pick up some sfh or duplexes for rentals but we have run in to a few times that a person already is listed with a realtor. Is it possible to still do a seller financing deal with this individual? How would the realtor play in to the equation? Do they still make a commission?
