How to calculate/prepare offer with different payment options
I have heard/read that often investors will present an offer to a seller that has a cash offer (lowest amount, quick closing), bank financing (mid-range price point?) and finally seller financing (highest price?).
How do you calculate what to offer under each option? Are there general guidelines for how the offers under each option compare to one another?
Thank you for any insight!
