BP Community,

I've been investing in residential properties for about 15 years and currently own 14 properties (23 total units).  I'm interested in learning more about crowd funding to replace traditional community bank financing for new properties.  I'm also interested in  learning how to utilize a preferred equity structure to recapitalize a few of the entities that hold my properties.  Last but not least, I'm working to:  Rehab one property, build on a vacant lot and buy out a partner on a small 8 unit apartment building located in Crisfield, Maryland.  If you have any interest / expertise in these areas please feel free to reach out to me.

Regards,

David
