recommendations for private lenders or HML for PA and NJ PLEASE!

looking to start flipping houses full time. Have done a few in the past and have some rental properties. We have excellent credit but my husband and I are both self-employed so its difficult to prove income and we don't have a lot of cash to put in because we recently just bought a buy and hold property that needed some rehab that we paid for ourselves. I see a ton of companies online that offer "private lending" or HML. Does anyone have any experience with them? Or any recommendations on which ones to use? thanks in advance!
