Good Morning Folks.

I am seeking a financial partner to assist with downpayment and closing.   The property I am seeking to purchase is a 4 bd, 2 bath in NorthWest Baltimore .  The cost of the property is 30k. I am seeking someone to assist with the downpayment and closing cost( around 15K).  I will return the person 15k within 12 months or less (depending on the sale of the property) with interest that can be discussed.
