Finally getting serious about REI--St. Louis

My husband and I are working on expanding our real estate portfolio. Currently we have two condo units and are looking for another property(s) to add to our portfolio to replace one we sold earlier this year. We are interested in multi-family properties, single family homes, homes with outbuildings and acreage (mini-farms). At present, we are updating my fifth horse farm (yes, I've moved a lot). Our goals are to have income from RE to replace our income. We plan to diversify our holdings with rentals, flips, and perhaps in the future we will purchase land and do some building. Any advice on your favorite people to work with in this market is greatly appreciated! I can't wait to start being more engaged here and in this community!
