Borrowing against Pension plan and Roth IRA

So I am a newbie to real estate. I have no properties yet. Wanted to get into flipping and/or buy and holds. Anyway, I really don't have a lot of capital saved up at this time but I have heard about borrowing money against your pension plan. Wanted to know if anybody knows about that sort of thing? Again, I am a newbie and if this is a stupid idea by all means tell me so. Also, I have a Roth IRA and wondered if you could do the same with that? Or us this even possible? Just looking for creative ways to not put much cash down. I also bought Brandon Turner's book about financing with little to no money down and I look forward to reading that. Thanks in advance
