List of banks for HELOCs for 1-4 unit investment property

Does anyone know of lenders that will do either 1st or 2nd lien position on investment properties. I know locally that locally here in Illinois First Midwest, Fifth Third, Wells Fargo, First American, and TD American Trade will do them.

I've found though that they all have incredibly different requirements, structures and caps, etc and  I still haven't found the right fit.

Any additional lenders even out of state that lend nationally would be very much appreciated!
