First investment home mortgage advice
Hello BP community,
I am currently trying to figure the best way to purchase my first investment property.
It is going to be a single family home.
I'm curious of how investors usually finance this type of property.
Do you usually always put 20 percent down and finance the rest ?
Any direction would be greatly appreciated
