Investment HELOC with Drive by?

Triplex was just purchased in cash and one of tenants is being evicted. Tenant isn't exactly giving access to their units.

Does anyone have any ideas on financing? I have heard Harris will do an investment HELOC at 65% LTV with a drive by appraisal.

I just want to have back up options as well.
