Having issues being self employed and getting primary home financing. Have good credit and lots of cash to invest. Is it better to buy the home in cash then turn around and "cash out" and or heloc? Use that for investment properties?

Thoughts or recommendations on anyone or company that works well with the issues self employed have? Thanks in advance. Fc
