Canadian trying to get financing for Ohio rental properties

Hey Guys I'm a real estate investor from Canada. 

We all know the better returns in Rental RE come when you use Bank leverage. Can anyone recommend a Credit Union or small Bank that can Lend to Canadians? And in the Ohio area?

A larger down payment is fine I just don't want to pay full cash!!! any advice or recommendations would be much appreciated.
