Any books on Creative Financing I.e Sub2 Wraps??

Hey Everyone,

Looking for some wisdom and advice here from all of the real estate experts out there on creative financing. I am really intrigued to learn about subject to's, wraps, seller financing, lease option etc. 

It is confusing and not a lot of step by step info I could find on this topic. 

So really seeking your help.
