Looking for an investor friendly portfolio lender in SW Florida

Hi Bigger Pockets folks. I'm getting into the buy and hold investment market in SW Florida and I'm learning that Florida has some of the more difficult lender rules. So far I'm seeing lots of limitations on number of properties they will let you buy, limitations on using an LLC or multiple LLC's to purchase the properties, restrictions on cash out re-fi's and lower LTV percentages - approximately 65% LTV's. I actually can work with all of the above restrictions but it will severely limit my growth potential. So I'm looking to see if anything of the pro's on here have some suggestions about good portfolio lenders who are investor friendly and willing to lend in Florida. Any help is really appreciated. Thanks!
