Good Evening everyone! I've been listening to BP for a while and can't seem to get enough. I really enjoy all the success stories and would love to help the BP community in any way possible. I've financed hundreds of deals across Texas from SFR to large commercial projects. My favorite part is finding a way to structure a deal to get it down.
