Sell & Rent Back Financing

Everyone, I need some help on financing multiple Sell & Rent Back deals. I have a number of properties that I can acquire for about 60% LTV. We have a small amount of cash available to help fund the deal but need advice on where to get financing for this.

With the sell & rent back program we keep the existing home owners in place from day 1 and ensure this is financial viable for ourselves and our tenants.

Any advice or assistance would be appreciated.
