Does anyone have any experience with giving or receiving rehab loans. I have a small group of friends about five or us. We each have about 5k and are thinking about pooling this into a 25k sum to do some private lending for rehabs. I am interested in hearing others experiences lending or receiving loans for rehab. What were the terms, Interest rates, or profit splits?
