Delayed financing in Entity
I've been searching for a lender to help with delayed financing for my LLC. I find a lot of lenders can only lend to personal and not entity.
I'm looking for 65-75% of appraised value of home. I would prefer No seasoning period, or at most 6 months. Purchase price is $73,000 AV is $95,000. Anyone out there that can make this happen? I look to cash out and do another deal.
