Need to finance my existing MF rentals to fund next deals

I have 4-5 MF homes which are rented with great cash flow in Providence RI area. I have purchased them all cash few months ago. I would like to finance these houses and get funds for the next deals. Can gurus help me and guide me the best way to get this done?
