Advice

Hi all,

I would appreciate any and all advice on my situation from BP'ers much more versed in finance than me :)

I own Mixed use property, 2 homes and a business in a 6000+ sq ft commercial building on 11.42 acres in an extremely fast growing area. We will be listing our property within 6 months or so and I will have cash to invest, all is owned free and clear ( burntout on my current business after 16 years)

However, I would like to begin investing and not wait until all is done. The property value is at or just above 1M, of course that is inclusive of everything. Would like to put some of the money/value to work instead of just sitting on it!

The land and homes/building are not subdivided so it's all one piece. The couple of banks I talked to didn't  seem to know what to do or how to structure anything.

What route do we take to get some cash out to start investing?
