Income Verification Loan
Just a quick question maybe that you guys could maybe answer because Ive been searching and can't seem to find an answer. Currently working with someone on getting a loan on an investment triplex... It would be a income verification loan being that myself and my father are self employed..... He took his tax returns and 24 months of bank statements and said he can get us a loan for the property for 4.5 for conventional and 6.5 for investment property... Isn't 6.5% kind of high, even for an investment triplex?

@Ned Carey I am with you. If he can get 6.5% I hope he forwards all the contact information for the bank.
