Pursuing "Subject To" Deals

Hi , I'm still fairly new considering I have only flipped 3 deals. I'm currently pursuing opportunities to do "Subject To" deals. Anyone with any luck in this area, i would appreciate any tips or feedback. I have been trained but just haven't initiated any deals yet. Also always looking for people that have the financial means to invest in some of the deals I find for flipping.
