Private Money ROI on a Buy and Hold Investment
I don't know if it is just the day or if my brain stopped working but I have a quick question here. I am about to begin investing in small (2-4 unit) multifamily properties. I am about to purchase my first one and am very excited. However, I realize that to save enough money for another down payment on yet another multifamily will take some time. I have some thoughts on approaching business's or some close friends and family for cash to cover down payments but, here's my question:
How would you construct a good deal based on a buy and hold strategy? So if I raise 20K from a business or friends and family for a down payment, what could I offer in return to make it a Win Win scenario? Thanks guys.
