I'm considering subdividing property I own in Bruceville, Texas that would result in at least 3 business or residential rentals, (there are no restrictions on use), and possibly more, depending on how many lots I decide to divide it into, when completed.  The existing buildings need some maintenance and repairs, and I will be required to add some utilities and make modifications to the existing ones.

I'm the sole owner of the property, it is debt free, I estimate the cost of the project to be no more than 15% of the county's appraised value of the property, and I'm looking for the best way to finance the project.

All feedback is appreciated!
