So I've read "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down", blog posts and forum posts. There's one thing that I have not been able to find the answer for (or maybe I read it and forgot). When do you ask about owner financing? Is it part of the offer? Do you ask the owner before even submitting an offer?
