WHAT ARE MY ALTERNATIVES
1503 8th Street Firebaugh, Ca 93622
Has baen abanfoned for more than 4 years. Though google street view stil has. Seller needs, to sell it. But shows no expression. This is one of the first lands i want to buy. Sells for 1.3; I could possiblie buy this for 600,000. But i would need the funding. 2 investors i know would probably be interested putting up the 200,000. Possible of me, putting it to hire and best use; use of a shopping center. Im familiar with metal steel material price sq f.
Heres what i see; attached is the photo: 10; 1,000 sq ft retail leases @ 1,000 dollars for 10 years. 1 centered anchor.
City officials may help with rest if i asked residents to sign a petition non accredited people to put up a shopping center. I want to be the owner builder out of no experience contracting contractors. To save my project money gain the experience of contractor. To; raise property value to highest and best use. I want to alternatevelie, at the least, invest in real estate this this way
My intention would then be do this on every project. I dont have alot of money. im not accredited. But if possible, i like to get the communitie involved also (non accreditors ) to help rebuild city. What would be other ways going around this. Am i making this too complicated toward journey of becoming a real estate investor and revitaliZe my citie . Im not talking to you in theory terms.
