HARD MONEY LENDER THAT ALLOW SDIRA TO HOLD TITLE

Does anyone know of a Hard money purchase/ rehab lender that will allow my self directed IRA to hold a vested ownership interest on tile. I have several Hard money lenders that will allow me to use the funds as down payment, closing cost and reserves, But my IRA custodian requires me to have the IRA listed on title and I am running into issue with Lender allowing me to do this
